Event Planning

Looks are important, but service is even more important when you expect your event to go off without a hitch. We are ready to manage your event, so you can entertain your guests while also enjoying the event. Our team of professionals have a combined 40 years of experience in planning and running events. From weddings to Corporate meetings, we will consult with you to plan the best possible event, and budget. has achieved optimal success as a full-service event planning company. We specialize in conceptualizing, organizing and marketing a variety of events for both large- and small-scale corporate, social and private parties. also offers gourmet off premise catering. This gives us flexibility to meet the needs of your guests and they can always be onsite to make sure the food is heated and plated properly.


Setting up a buffet table at your event, keep in mind that each buffet station requires 1 server/waiter per 3/4 trays. for the first hour, the server will be needed to set up, then serve, refill and clean up during the event. If you plan on hosting a large gathering, a server/runner will also be necessary to ensure that more food and dishes stay bountiful at the buffet stations and dishes are stocked. Two additional runners are required for every 200 guests. More staff may be needed depending on the details of your buffet menu and setup.

other Examples:

1. If your buffet contains chafing dishes and you want to serve your guests at the event, a minimum of one waiter is required for every three chafing dishes.
2. If your event contains additional tables that will need cleaning during the event, one waiter is required for every 3 to 4 tables if using plasticware, and one waiter for every 2 to 3 tables if using china or glassware.
3. If your buffet event requires over six catering staffers, a staff captain is recommended to manage staff and event flow. You dont want to be working at your event, so leave this part to the experts.

Establish a dress code for your servers. It should be a reflection of the spirit of your event. A formal sit-down event may call for servers in coordinated black and white, while a themed Polynesian party may inspire you to ask for tropical print shirts and dresses. All uniforms are considered rentals and additional charges may apply. Standard Black shirt and Black Bottoms are included in the rate. White Shirts (non-tux) substitute.

Cocktail Party :

If you’re planning a big event like a major party or a wedding, it may not be convenient to have all your guests jostling for position at the bar or tables. Party servers can circulate the food or drink to your guests and also help with other fundamental chores.

As a rule of thumb: 1 Server can manage upto 30 guests per floor. Depending on your menu, We reserve the right to require a minimum number of servers for a party if the expectations for service and the physical requirements of the event are so great that service standards would be compromised using fewer servers.

Sit Down Dinner (formal):

* If your event includes guests sitting down and eating dinner, you will require a minimum of one waiter per 8-12 seat table. 1 Busboy per 4 tables.
* Depending on the size, scale and complexity of your event, you may need additional wait staff to serve water, coffee, food and wine to your guests.
* If your sit-down dinner event requires over four catering staffers, a staff captain, a runner and or bussers must also be present to manage the event.


* A minimum of one bartender is required for every 50 guests.
* Depending on the complexity of your event, additional bartenders may be required to make your event a success. Some reasons you may need an additional bartender include:
· 1. If you want your bartender to serve mixed, blended or special drinks.
· 2. If you anticipate high volumes of guests needing to be served in a short period of time.
* Additionally, depending on the size of your event you may need to book additional staff to keep the bar stocked.

Please keep in mind that this is a very general set of standard staffing guidelines. The guidelines described here may not fit your event, and staffing requirements may vary depending on what you want to do. For this reason, it is important for you to figure out all the details regarding your event before you book staff . We can help you figure out the proper amount of staff you will need, but we need you to provide us with accurate information and time. If you are planning an important gathering, it is recommended that you provide all the details to us in writing so we can help you properly staff your event.

    Event Model- Allure your guest or clients with these gems- $50+ per hour
    Bartender- Shaken or stirred? , it’s your choice- $40+ per hour
    Server- Table service or passed hor d’oeuvres, they do it all- $30+ per hour (No Kids Guaranteed)
    Coat Check- When the layers pile on, keep it organized and safe-$25+ per hour
    Bussers- Cleanliness is important, let us help- $20+ per hour
    Door Host- Make sure all of your guests are greeted, signed in and feel welcomed- $25+ per hour
    Costume & Tux Rentals- Did anyone say wardrobe change?Tux- $150
