Are Estimates Free?

Yes, telephone and/or email estimates are free.  You'll find our staff willing to spend as much time with you on the phone or online, and gather the necessary information to help plan your event rentals and estimate the costs.  If you require one of our tent technicians to travel to and inspect your party/event site, we will usually require a small deposit which is applied towards the cost of your tent rental. 

Is Delivery Free?

No, there is generally a modest charge that covers delivery and pickup.  We do charge more for delivery/pickups that require carrying merchandise up or down stairs, showing up at specific times or weekends or locations that are a great distance from our warehouses. A minimum order may be required.

Do I have to wash the dishes and glasses after we use them?

No, you don't have to wash them but dishes need to be food free and please pour liquids out of the glasses and coffee urns. When our staff is hired, they will do this work for the host.

How far in advance do we need to book?

It depends on what you need. On linens, we would appreciate three days notice. On tables and chairs, we can usually live with shorter notice. If you are planning a June wedding with a tent, you should try to book early........very early.

Use common sense. If you are renting for a busy holiday such as Thanksgiving, then we would recommend booking at least two weeks ahead, if you can.

Monday - Friday 8:00-4:00
Saturday 8:00-Noon
We can not process same day rental requests. Payments must be made prior to any rental delivery due date.

All Rentals are provided to you by a third party. MyCateringStaff.com requests you include enough time for the staff to unpack, setup and prepare for your event when using rentals. We will manage most rental items and prepare them for pick-up by the Rental Company.
