MyCateringStaff.com can only provide Food and Drink under a Caterer's Permit for an Off Premise Event.

We must file for an extenstion each time with the SLA and this fee is $48 per bar, valid only for the date of the event. A Catering Order is Mandatory and we will only sell Staff, Food and Drink Packages together. (we must use our Bartenders at your event, no exceptions)

We can not do Cash Bar, nor can we lend you our Liquor License. No Sponsored or Retail Liquor is permitted during your event. Please speak to our Event Managers to plan your Catering package.

If I do not have a license, can I get a permit to serve alcoholic beverages at a function or event? You have two options for getting a permit:

  • Option 1: You can apply for a Temporary Beer & Wine Permit (aka: TPA); however, you cannot serve liquor under the restrictions of this permit. Liquor is also known as Spirits or anything with a higher Proof than Wine. (Beer and Wine ONLY)
  • Option 2: You can hire a licensed caterer to provide the food and alcohol at the event. You can not mix Caterers Liquor with your Own store bought or sponsored Liquor.

Events that are closed to the public (invitation only) and will not be selling or offering alcohol to its guest do not need to apply for a liquor permit. Please check with your Venue if this is permitted.

Liquor Liability Insurance will not be provided or valid should the Venue not have the correct permit.

Permit issued to Caterers: Requires the Caterer to already have a "On-Premise License" which is then extended "Off-premise" to your Event Location.
